I can never grow out my nails because they constantly chip or break. :

I clip my nails whenever they get long and even file them but my nails are sensitive to that? Is there a better way? What do the men out there do? (besides biting nails)

Hi. The colour of my nails is white and the cuticles of some of my nails is damaged, so my nails dont look and grow healthy. what do i do? Help me with some home remedies.

I paint my nails not often but i do, i keep them clean and they grow nice but they just break like they are made of paper. i know nials break and grow all the time. i just want to knoe if there is a way to keep them from breaking less often.

I use cutters sometimes and file also to make them smooth.
But I have a habit of biting the finger nails and using one nail against the other. Do you care how they look or do you just bite ‘em?
